more The Max-Q Series from FCI Watermakers is now available with updated features, allowing boaters to produce fresh clean, drinking water in the most efficient way. As with all FCI desalinators, the Max-Q is available with the latest in UROC—Universal Reverse Osmosis Controller—technology. In addition to the existing capabilities of customizing and operating your water maker from a remote location or personal computer, an RS 485 connection now provides remote access up to 4,000 feet away making it great for land-based reverse osmosis systems. The UROC is a user-friendly interface with customizable, automatic operation. Its digital display has a scrolling troubleshooting guide, as well as the ability to provide information on the amount of purified water produced. Schedule unattended fresh water flushes, and the system automatically: stage-starts the pumps for load considerations, primes itself and begins to make water. Boaters can set runtime limits and the amount of gallons produced. Additional upgrades include over-current, over-amperage and voltage monitoring and protection. Alarms for low- and high-pressure fault, low-quality product water and production beyond rated capacity, alert the user of any problems during operation. Max-Q models are offered with outputs of 600 to 1,800 GPD. They contain no troublesome gauges or flow meters, providing years of dependable service. All of its components are tested and chosen to withstand long-term operation in the harsh marine environment. For quiet operation, a 316SS high-pressure pump (specially designed for watermaker applications), and 4-point isolation mounts are used. Pressure vessels are fitted with 316SS product and pressure ports and come with a lifetime warranty.

more FCI Watermakers introduces Neptune series configurations to meet the growing demands of commercial sea water desalination. These high output water makers are now available in three convenient configurations: Horizontal framed units, Wall-Mount and Modular. The Wall-Mount unit combines modular flexibility with the convenience of a framed unit— ideal when water purification demands are high, but space is limited. The FCI Neptune Series watermaker efficiently delivers 1,200 to 9,500 gallons of water per day, and is suitable for mid-sized yachts, superyachts, Service boats/ships, offshore oil rigs and platforms, island homes and resorts. Neptune employs exclusive UROC (Universal Reverse Osmosis Controller) technology, which provides advanced, total control and user-friendly system customization. UROC allows monitoring and system access from a remote location or personal computer. Neptune water makers have the ability to operate 24/7 and are programmable for automatic fresh water flushes. Additional features include washdown duty motors, 316 stainless steel high-and low-pressure pumps, commercial-sized pre-filters and a 1-year warranty.

more FCI Watermakers strives to provide the latest advancements in marine reverse osmosis (R.O.) systems while maintaining the highest level of quality and reliability. FCI Watermakers offers its exclusive UROC (Universal Reverse Osmosis Controller) with several major upgrades. These additional features enhance the existing ability to program, customize, monitor and operate your desalinator from a remote display or computer. The success of the UROC has made it a standard in every FCI unit. The technology was long reserved for high output desalinators, and is now integrated into the Aquamiser+ Series for smaller water production needs. For various high volume marine water purification applications and installations, FCI has added a RS 485 connection for remotes up to 4,000' away, making it great for land-based systems. An updated PC board layout for easier installation comes standard, and proprietary FCI software, or terminal emulator, provide all the operational parameters, readings and push-button controls needed for computer operation. Additional improvements include over-current, over-amperage and voltage monitoring and protection. The systems offer alarms for low and high-pressure fault, low-quality product water and production beyond rated capacity. The user-friendly interface with customizable, automatic operation allows scheduled, unattended fresh water flushes.
